- Open one pending registration, review the complete email and use “Send this preview to Andreas” first without and then with a personal line. This sends only to andreas@chim.ai and does not approve the person.
- Approve guests who need a personal line one by one.
- Approve every remaining pending registration together. This includes the current waitlist and is not limited by the 30/15 planning caps.
- The confirmation emails are sent automatically at a steady rate, one at a time and about five seconds apart. A temporary SMTP deferral pauses the queue for 15 minutes before retrying. Check Emails and Activity for progress or failures.
Bulk approval never resends to people who are already confirmed. Closing the browser does not stop the persistent email queue.
